Fabulous location, good beds, neat and organized, very comfortable and very kind and friendly host.

My sister and I stayed about 30 days in the apartment and had a great experience. The space is spacious, quiet, clean and well located, with restaurants nearby. The Wi-Fi is excellent, there is a water filter (essential in a big city) and the building staff is very nice. The hosts were always kind and attentive. As points to improve: the house does not have a microwave or a traditional washing machine (there is only one that washes, without spinning), the beds are firmer, the wooden furniture has a slight characteristic smell, there is no cable TV (only open channel) and we missed having a table (the table was mentioned by the host before booking). Still, our stay was very pleasant and we felt welcomed.

I recommend it, it's as described and in the photos... cozy and very comfortable!! It's in Bueno and very close to everything. Goiânia has the best Brazilian public transport, it has private transport (taxi, app)... but you don't need a car around here... The host is very accessible with time and service.

This is our third time staying with Claisson. The apartment is impeccable. We didn't miss anything, because there is everything we need. Fully equipped apartment, very well located, excellent garage, fully compatible with the photos. Quiet, safe place. Both the host's communication and the attention to detail in hosting are formidable. We'll be back soon. The apartment is very complete in utensils, it is spacious, it has a modern TV where I could access my Netflix account. The wifi connection is very good for studying. The location is very good, close to Bosque dos Buritis, Plaza Tamandaré, and the civic square. There are several bus lines nearby. It also has a small patio with a hammock. Carmelita was very kind.

The distance from the center is compensated by the comfort of the house, all great, with everything necessary to stay as long as you need. The backyard is a great differential for those traveling with pets

My stay at Eudes was excellent! He received me very well, with a lot of politeness and attention. The atmosphere is very clean, organized and cozy. The neighborhood is super quiet, ideal for resting in peace. I was very satisfied with everything and I will definitely come back more often. I highly recommend it!

Good hotel

Everything was great, the space is good, according to the photos. And the location is also really good. Leonardo was always responsive and was super nice.

I had a very nice three month stay at Leonardo's place. For me it was perfect due to it's close proximity to the city centre campus. I would say it's maybe not the best neighbourhood in goiania but still fine with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Leonardo was a good host with easy communication and I can recommend this place to any other travellers

Excellent accommodation, very complete, spacious, very well located with all kinds of shops around. Rosane was very attentive, explained everything clearly and was very helpful. The apartment is located in one of the best regions of Goiânia. I highly recommend staying there.
