Villa Fleesensee is a vacation home almost directly on the shore of the lake, with 2 self-contained apartments: the large apartment of about 135 m² has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and direct view of the lake. Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m². Sauna in the house for all guests. 4 parking spaces.

Im DG stehen 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1 Doppelbett und SMART-TV, ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank sowie ein Bad mit WC, Waschtisch und Dusche bereit. Der Garten bietet eine Südterrasse, einen ganzjährig beheizten Outdoor-Whirlpool, eine Fass-Sauna, eine Gartendusche (von April bis Oktober), einen Schuppen sowie 2 PKW-Stellplätze.

Next to an old rectory, we have individually expanded a small side room for us, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of past times. Much seems to us to be coherent, some is still in the making. So nothing is standard. What we have not yet considered and is useful for guests can usually be quickly supplemented. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden on the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The duplex consists of the captain's house, the apartment's captain's terrace and captain's lake view. It is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Fleesensee. You can park up to four vehicles on the property. The enclosed property has an area of about 500 m². There you will find a sunbathing lawn, a hot tub and 2 spacious terraces for a relaxing vacation.
