Luxuriously furnished house, about 2 km from many sports and recreational beaches in the North Sea and Lake Grevelingen, on a well-kept and quiet holiday park with lots of privacy. The house was completely renovated in 2017/2018, has 2 parking spaces, and features sun terraces with umbrellas, an outdoor fireplace with 4 armchairs, teak dining tables with 6 chairs, a round picnic table for 8 people, a Weber grill, and an outdoor table tennis table. The 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor. The garden shed is private.

Our detached house is located within walking distance of the beach and the Grevelingen. Our house is divided into a spacious lounge room (with a double bed and in the bedstee a bunk bed for 2 people), kitchen with living room, bedroom on the 2nd floor. Enclosed garden, private parking and play area. 4 bicycles are available and a canoe (3 people). Painting lessons by appointment in the studio at the back of the house. Supermarket 2 km away. Small campsite supermarket 500 m away, only open in high season.

There is a spacious, fully fenced garden and terrace with plenty of space to play and toys for children. Here, you can enjoy peace, nature, and the fresh sea air. Free bicycles are available!

Our beach house is tastefully decorated, a house where the sun always shines and you quickly feel at home. South-facing garden with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed. 1 small bedroom with 1 pers box spring and 1 pers folding bed. Above living room sleeping loft with small double bed. We think our house is suitable for max 5 people. Bathroom will be renovated in februari 2024. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, airfryer and tostigrill and renewd in 2023.

Vacation home near the beach in Ouddorp

Our cottage is located in the holiday park "Het Oude Nieuwland," from which you can walk to the beautiful North Sea beach in a few minutes. The first beach pavilion is right at the first entrance, two more follow not far away. In the park there is a snack bar with typical Dutch delicacies and a large playground. Please note: the bedroom with the 1.40 bed is a passage room to the bedroom with a single bed!

The house is on a nice street in the town of Brouwershaven, close to the supermarket, restaurants, the marina and the Grevelingenmeer. Ideal for the peace seeker in the summer busy but wonderful Zeeland who does not want to spend his vacation in a holiday park. Suitable for 2 to 4 people. And 10 minutes by car from the beach.
