This apartment offers a lot of privacy with its own sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. In addition to the underfloor heating, there is a cozy wood stove. Via an open staircase, you enter the sleeping area, which has 1 spacious double bed and 2 separate single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog, we charge 15 euros in cash upon arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire concrete floor has underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix (no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg appliances and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. There is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner in the enclosed laundry room. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two sections, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two separate single beds on the other. The room with the wooden floor and beds feels immediately relaxing. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike, you can reach the beach within 10 minutes. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very bright in atmosphere, you will quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside, you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment may participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is located next to the apartment. Guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden, there is a cozy seating area, relaxing chairs and a large picnic table. My friend and I are available by email, WhatsApp and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The city center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church, there are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and wonderful, with a number of cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

Unique, spacious accommodation with lovely garden adjacent to the Waterleidingduinen. Within walking distance of the natural beach and the nature reserve de Kwade Hoek. In this beautiful residence, you will immediately relax. The living room with open kitchen is adjacent to the garden and has all the comforts. In the front room, you sleep wonderfully, and it is a nice workplace, reading corner and piano. In the loft, you will find a cozy 2nd bedroom. When you open the skylight, you can hear the rustling of the trees and sometimes in the distance the sea.

Lovely vacation home in the countryside with fully fenced garden on the island of Goeree Overflakkee, near Ouddorp/Zeeland, near the most beautiful beaches. Perfect for a relaxing vacation, bike/beach vacation and fun for children. A beautiful garden with several terraces, including terrace with canopy and located on the outskirts of the park (unobstructed views!). There is a separate storage room with 2 free bicycles and washing machine, and you can park your car in front of the chalet. Pets are not allowed.

This luxury apartment is located in the village of Scharendijke at the foot of the Brouwersdam in a sheltered garden within walking distance of the beach. This is nicely decorated and can accommodate 2 people, has a private entrance, terrace and lovely veranda with large communal garden. On the ground floor is the living room with TV, kitchenette, including fridge, Senseo, and a kettle. Luxurious bathroom with rain shower. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious bedroom with a double box spring.

Great chalet to relax with the family, with many play options for kids of any age. The area is very green with lots of outdoor space around the house. Open up the patio doors, take a nap in the hammock or BBQ next to the terras. Within walking distance you find a historic harbour town, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Close by you find a nature reserve and many beaches. There are many activities on the island too. Enjoy! 🏠 The chalet was fully renovated in April 2022.

Beach house De Lichtboei is located in Ouddorp (South Holland) within walking distance of the beach with all amenities. The beach house is located in the Prinsenhof park. Ouddorp is a real family seaside resort. The beaches (about 25 kilometers long) are clean, quiet, very wide and are awarded every year. Those who cannot sit quietly on the beach can indulge themselves in the immediate vicinity, where there are the kite and windsurfing spots par excellence.

Het huisje Zilt is lekker licht en fris door de twee ramen beneden en openslaande deuren. Het huisje wordt verlicht door dimbare spotjes. De verschillende en natuurlijke materialen geven het huisje een gezellige strandsfeer en een echt vakantiegevoel. Boven is de slaapkamer heel gezellig door het steigerhouten plafond. Achter het bed is een klein raam met uitzicht op de tuin en landerijen. Dit geeft meteen bij het wakker worden al een vakantiegevoel!

This cozy cottage is located in the center of Ouddorp. Within 100 meters, you will find various cozy restaurants, a delicious bakery and a supermarket. From the cottage, you can go to the North Sea beach, which is 2.5 km away, or to the Grevelingenmeer, which is 1.5 km away. Upon arrival at the cottage, you can grab a cup of coffee or a cup of tea. The cottage is suitable for 2 to a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.

It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
