The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Key Lime Condo

Located in the Front Beach district of Isle of Palms, about one block from the beach and right in the middle of all the fun. Walk to all Front Beach restaurants and bars including Papi's Taqueria, Coda del Pesce, and the world-famous Windjammer. Guests can enjoy the condo pool and plenty of free on-site parking. There are 16 units in this converted beach hotel. All are individually owned. Pandemic Info: The unit has its own HVAC system so you won't be sharing "air" with anyone. :)

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Bungalow Under The Oaks

Small guest house in the heart of Mount Pleasant! Ideally located to both Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island beaches (both 7 minutes) and only 15 minutes to the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Our private guest bungalow is a perfect launching spot for all your exploring. End the day relaxing under the shade of our mature live oak. Island Pearl (3 Blocks to beach)

Island Pearl is one of the original cottages on Isle Of Palms. Three blocks to beach, about a 7 minute walk. it is in a very quiet area of Isle Of Palms. It has been recently renovated and is a a cozy and charming cottage. The huge back yard has a great deck and fire pit area. There is a garage in the back that houses the washer and dryer. Also provided is 6 beach chairs and a beach wagon.
