Przystań is an unusual house located on the shore of the Zegrze Reservoir. From the glazed living room and sunny terrace there is a beautiful view of the greenery and the water surface. It's the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Life goes at its own pace and is a perfect escape from the urban rush. Here you can enjoy the water, fruit orchards and meadows, as well as beautiful, wild forests. The marina is surrounded by dozens of cycling and walking routes, and it also has its own descent to the water and the jetty.

Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)
