The plot on which the cottage stands is about 500 m2 and is fenced. In addition, on the large wooden terrace we have a Jacuzzi and a sauna for the guests of the cottage only. Our cottage is open all year round, it has heating and a stove. 150m to Lake Sudomie.

The studio is located in a house from the 1930s in the pre-war district of Działki Leśne, on the border of the Tri-City Landscape Park. The house is in a large garden. It is close to the railway station, public transport and the center of Gdynia. From the window you can see the sea. A piece of garden is available to guests. The proximity of the forest encourages hiking and cycling trips, you can spend time in the garden or, after a 20-minute walk, find yourself in the center of Gdynia. The advantage of this place is the proximity of nature.

The studio is small - 25.5 m2 and has everything you need for a successful holiday: a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a double bed 140x200 and a single sofa. Facilities for children are available on request. There are parking spaces next to the building. The apartment does not have air conditioning.
