The cottage is located on the grounds of recreational plots, at the very end of them, which allows you to enjoy the landscape. Nearby there is an Indian village with the possibility of renting quads, a rope park and a didactic and nature trail. It is also a good starting point for those who want to explore the paths of the Polesie National Park.

The apartment is fully equipped with everyday items, high-speed internet. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the playground in front of the block gives children a place to play carefree. A few meters from the apartment is a bus stop and a railway station.There are also local shops, restaurants, hairdresser, pharmacy and a market in the area.

Fireplace with wood supply. In the vicinity there are bicycle paths, horse riding, fishing and boating. 8 minutes walk to the lake.

You can enjoy the singing of birds, the clangor of cranes, and watch the animals approaching the house. Peace and quiet.

Our facility is conveniently located just 4 km from the center of Chełm. There is a swimming area on the Żółtańce lagoon and a local brewery nearby.
