On the top floor, from which the view extends over the entire city, there is a relaxation zone: a jacuzzi, a gym, a mini wine bar, a bar, and a cinema. In the garden, there is a gas grill with kitchen facilities, a pond, and a gazebo. The house is extremely comfortable, decorated with taste and attention to detail.

The apartment has a shared staircase with the apartment on the first floor. The house is located in the village of Rybitwy next to Józefów on the Vistula River. The property has a gazebo with a grill, a playground, a game room and a place for a bonfire. Bicycles are also available. The Wyżnica and Vistula rivers flow nearby, where canoe trips are organized.
