The flat was renovated and put into use in February 2019. Bulding stands next to the Lublin University of Technology. Due to its location in the area there are numerous bars and restaurants, and the area is full of student life. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a corner sofa bed for two people and a two people sofa bed and a separate kitchen. An elegant apartment decorated in the style of New York.
