Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Relax and unwind. In our forest corner where you will find peace from the hustle and bustle of the city. Time passes slower here, you wake up to the singing of birds. Our village is located near the Narew River, the larger city is 25 km away - Ostrołęka, or the municipal town of Goworowo (5 km) where you will find shops, etc. On colder days or in winter, the cottage is heated by a fireplace that gives a lot of heat. The entire plot is at the disposal of the tenants - of course, fenced, perfect for pets.

The 1300 m2 fenced plot provides our Guests with safety, privacy and rest surrounded by nature. The cottage is located 80 km from Warsaw on the S8 route. Terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and a large table. Year-round private jacuzzi with no restrictions, extra charge on request 300 per stay. We accept pets for an additional fee of PLN 50 per animal.

About 60 km from Warsaw, in the Mazovian countryside, two intimate Tiny Houses await you. You will find peace, quiet and rest so much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax with us without your children or anyone else's. We are happy to accept well-behaved pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)

Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.
