The property has a gazebo with a grill, a playground, a game room and a place for a bonfire. Bicycles are also available. The Wyżnica and Vistula rivers flow nearby, where canoe trips are organized.

Surrounded by Roztocze forests, the village captivates with loess gorges, the Wieprz river valley and beautiful expanses of still-cultivated fields. The cottage has been renovated with the utmost care and love, using natural materials. Inside, a healthy microclimate is provided by walls covered with traditional clay plaster, wooden floors and rustic wooden windows.

Roztoczańska Chatka is a place where you can really slow down – it smells of the forest, birds are singing all around, and you can often see squirrels from the terrace. The cottage is located near Zwierzyniec, and the surrounding trees give privacy and comfort.
