The Woodpecker House is distinguished by red color accents, referring to the characteristic red plumage.

A cozy wooden summer house in Nowe Załubice. Built in 2016, ideal for a family with children, 40 km from Warsaw, surrounded by trees and other recreational plots. Great for hiking and biking. Comfortable 42m2 with a partially covered terrace. In the garden: sandpit, swing and slide. A plot of approx. 800 m2, fenced on 3 sides. The unfenced side is adjacent to our year-round home.
