A cozy one bedroom apartment (64 square metered) with open spaces of white-grey stylish colors and minimal design choices, renovated in 2018, with a WC, lounge area, a kitchen. The apartment is located in a quiet area at the suburb of Zante town, between Argasi and Kalamaki, within walking distance from all major sights of Zante town (1/2 a mile away from the town' s centre). Easy access to the island's road system. You can easily drive to all of the island's sights and beaches.

Our house is located on the coast , on a gated estate , in the beautiful area of Agios Andreas, Katakolo .It is suitable for families and groups , and is just a 25 minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ancient Olympia.A stunning ,secluded , semi-private beach is just a 2 minute walk down the hill. Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.
