Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the west school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest section that we are happy to rent to you. The guest part has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with bunk bed 120*90 cm and kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island of Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's taverns yet in a quiet and slightly secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Enjoy your holiday in a rural location with the animals outside the window! The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. The house is located in a located and culture protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge BUT costs SEK2/hour 24/7. The apartment is situated on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed as well as two living rooms, of which in one is a sofa bed. The farm lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)
