We offer optimal comfort for 6 guests and 2 toddlers on 122 m². Old brick outside and carefully restored clay timber inside characterize the character of the house (semi-detached house). We have combined historic charm with modern living comfort. A sauna and large bathtub in the bedroom provide comfort. In the living room, you will find a dining area, a spacious sitting area and a home theater system as well as a piano. In front of the kitchen is the veranda, in the garden is a dining area with a grill.

Between Stralsund and Greifswald, the islands of Rügen and Usedom with their wide sandy beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A rowing boat and sauna in the sauna house are available to tenants on site. We offer pure nature and tranquility, no traffic, the location on the water is unique. Our house is particularly suitable for families and groups.

The former Tagelöhnerkate has been lovingly renovated in 2019 The old and cozy character of the house was preserved and so this object captivates with its half-timbered, the largely preserved brick and its thatched roof. From our house it is only a few a hundred meters to the beach. The house offers a lot of space on 100 m². There are many of the pine trees typical of Lubmin on the property. To the south, the garden is very sunny and protected from the wind. The house is located on the second line, so it is very quiet. Shopping is only 5 min. by walk. Just so close is the large playground on the promenade.
