Xan’s place was such a gem! Beautiful views and beautiful location. Loved waking up and being able to walk to the different coffee places and enjoying a drink on the balcony. The house had everything we needed. Super comfy beds and clean towels/linens. Slept like a baby listening to the ocean every night. This house was perfect location - Close to the beach, the shops and restaurants. Having a parking spot was also a huge bonus! If you come to Rockport, you have to book this spot, even if it is just to see the cool window in the bathroom! ;)

A lovely and spacious apartment with beautiful views and a warm cozy feel. Walkable to the bay, various trails along the coast, local shops, restaurtants, the waterfront and the train. Sabine was very helpful and considerate when we had some TV issues - which were promptly dealt with along with a gift basket for the inconvenience. Another one followed later for a birthday celebration!! Thank you! I would definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting New England and/or Boston.

Very nice apartment with a wonderful balcony with comfy chairs overlooking the gorgeous bay, with sandy beach and rocky coast. The apartment was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and extra blankets are in the closet. Plenty of storage for clothing. The upstairs bedroom area was up a ladder which precludes small children. It was okay for our 5 year old but not for the 3 year old. The town is lovely and the center of town just 4 or 5 minutes away on foot. Beach access is just a minute away. Mary was a wonderfiul host and helpful. This is one of the lovliest AirBNBs we've stayed in and highly recommended.

We stayed at Blue Magnolia to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We were a group of 5 women and had plenty of room. It was so comfortable and clean. Michael was incredibly helpful with directions and answered all questions quickly. My group would stay again. We loved our stay.

Such a beautiful and cozy little Airbnb! My fiancé and I had a great time at Emily and Nick’s place. Very thoughtfully put together and we especially loved everything they put together so we could find plenty to do and places to eat. Anytime we had a question they answered promptly. Great location, easily walkable- we would love to stay here again one day!

Darryl's place was absolutely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning or booking another one of his properties in the future.

A hidden gem. Typically the pictures are better than any unit is in person, but it was the opposite for this sweet unit. It was even better in person. So close to the beach, with views from the balcony. We will be back!

Great location within walking distance to some of the best beaches in MA. The house is at the highest point in elevation in the area, so every night you had a refreshing breeze from all directions, no need for AC. The host's were friendly, accommodating and responsive. I would definitely stay at the same place again in a heartbeat.

This was a perfect place to stay for the wedding we had to attend. Anywhere we needed to go was a 7 minute drive or 20 minute walk away. The downtown area was super cute with good food & shops. We loved the vintage shop, Bananas, and Gregs was great for late night pizza. Drift was great for drinks & food and there were a lot of tasty Italian bakeries in town. Donny's place was easy to get into with ample parking for our two vehicles. It was clean and fit all of our needs. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom, waters in the fridge, and a coffee station, plenty of towels and hangers. You can hear the train from the spot but I sleep with earplugs so I hardly noticed. Donny was a great host & quickly responded and resolved an issue we had run into. We would definitely stay here again and visit Gloucester again as we had a lot of fun.

overall, this was a wonderful stay. Susan is extremely friendly, honest, and a very gracious host. She had a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us along with Milk, Orange juice, English muffins, butter, and cereal; things I was not expecting and have never had before at an Airbnb. The unit was immaculate and exactly as the pictures showed. I asked for recommendations on a few things to do and she provided links to yelp pages almost immediately. I believe Susan lives in a different part of the house, but we still felt like we had so much privacy. The unit is in a gorgeous little private wooded development not far from the water, and we enjoyed a few walks around the neighborhood admiring some of the beautiful houses and the water view. We had no issue getting an uber to and from Glaucester to attend the wedding we were in town for, despite the area being so private. I would absolutely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area!

This is one of the best airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The place is in the perfect location to enjoy Gloucester, has very comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sights.

our stay here was lovely. ellen and rusty were waiting for us when we arrived and helped us park. the space itself is cozy and clean. a treehouse indeed, up a bunch of stairs and surrounded by lovely oaks! ellen was an excellent communicator. she was flexible with our checkout as no one was following us and our first day was totally rained out. the location is lovely; a nearby beach and just under a mile walk to downtown. would recommend!

A great historic property in easy reach of all the attractions Salem has to offer. 20 minutes walking to the waterfront, and maybe another 5 minutes on to the Peabody Essex museum. The apartment was perfect, well equipped, with your own front door, a small seating area and nice kitchen space. We were personae by Tyna and shown round the space. Breakfast provisions are a great extra touch! Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and stay here if you are planning to stay in Rockport! Stacey and Jannick are fantastic hosts and the place is perfect if you are on your own, or a couple. You can walk to shopping, some great restaurants, and the train station is a beautiful 20 min walk away. To say I enjoyed my time here would be a gross understatement, it was truly a peaceful, and relaxing time, just what I was looking for!

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

This unit was impeccable! It had everything we needed to feel at home. Loved being at the northern end of Hampton Beach away from the hustle and bustle yet SO close to the ocean. I would definitely stay there again if we vacation in Hampton Beach. Thank you, Edmund and Robin, for the warm welcome, wine and chocolates.

We loved their place and the location right on the beach and in the sea wall . Got great pics of waves hitting the seawall. Close to alll Boston and Salem locations . Had a great time apt was beautiful and Carol and John left fridge for us fully stocked with milk juice drinks and food . Couldn’t ask for more . We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub Grest place to stay

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!
