Beautiful, newly renovated 1-room apartment in the green north in a quiet villa area with lots of nature. Various shops in a shopping street (10-minute walk) and a variety of restaurants (around the corner) are in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn with connection to the main train station (35 min), Friedrichstraße (30 min), Zoological Garden (30 min), BER airport (60 min) is a 10-minute walk. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animals are not allowed as I am severely allergic. Underground garage space and bicycle included.

The 62 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house. Built in 2017. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower (with folding door), large sink, toilet and towel dryer. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed, as well as a wardrobe. Underfloor heating in all rooms. The bedroom has carpeting. All other rooms are tiled.
