Such a sweet, well-equipped space. Everything was neat & tidy, and John's place had everything we could possibly need for our 3-night stay. Loved the drip coffee maker (other guests might prefer the Keurig), but the choice was there. Thanks for that option! Wildlife in backyard was just what we hoped for and proved an endless fascination for our dog. We will most definitely book John's home again if it is available the next time we are in the Wurtsboro area.

My family and I had a great peaceful stay at this ranch style home. Views were amazing, the house had everything you needed and the space was more than enough. Secluded enough to where you feel away from it all. The silence compared to the city life is such a relief. Neighbors in site are far enough not to intrude on your priviacy. Host was very responsive. Shopping and eating about 20-30 minutes away. Great cellular and wifi coverage (tmobile user). If you decide to hit the trails be sure to be weary of deer ticks. Wear high bright colored socks. There isnt much more to say other than I highly recommend and this is certainly a place I would not mind visiting agaun

The weekend was exactly what we needed, and the location was perfect. We had a great time participating in various activities, including horseback riding and kayaking. There are plenty of local restaurants offering delicious food, but you can also buy groceries from the supermarket and cook at home, as they provide all the necessary supplies. I would definitely recommend this place!
