This 1,600 square foot home has a stunning view overlooking the Tittabawassee River. With three bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds it comfortably sleeps eight. There is a large dining room to enjoy family meals together. Complimentary coffee bar provided. The sunroom is warm, inviting and offers amazing views! The finished garage/game room gives you even more room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The large, deep, double lot has plenty of room for off-street parking. Centrally located in Gladwin County in the “Wooden Shoe” area located near M-61 & M-30. Only 16 miles from I-75 and 21 miles from US-127. Although there currently is no water this retreat will provide you a unique getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through.
