Monthly Rentals in Gladstone

I’ve been staying here for the last 4 months. I have no complaints place is nice and peaceful.

Enjoyed our stay here! Sommer and Russell were great hosts during our time and helped us out when needed. Heads up for future guests, mattress is firm but comfortable—we had no complaints!!

Third time staying here! Very spacious apartment and can't beat the walkable location. This was our first time staying with the coffee shop open downstairs. You can hear the goings-on when the shop is open but can't beat the convenience of coffee and pastries right downstairs.

The house looked just like the photos. We were in town for a funeral and this house was in the perfect location for us. Nickie was quick to respond to my questions and allowed us to check out late with no additional cost. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Treats and drinks were available as were coffee and tea. Cleaning supplies and trash bags were supplied. The house is located across the street from a lovely park and beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Definitely recommend a stay in Gladstone at Nickie’s place.
