This was a perfect place to stay for our family with 3 children. The private (massive) garden was exactly what we needed to ensure our kids could still play without having to be too quiet, such as it is in most apartments. There were plenty of toys and a playground as a bonus. The host was wonderful and friendly, always checking on our needs and responding to our requests. One minor issue is that the kitchen doesn't have hot water so you need to get warm water from the bathroom for doing dishes. For staying in the summer, this place is ideal and we'd happily go back!

The apartment was perfect for us as a group of 7 friends for a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in great condition. It is wonderfully quiet and you are quickly on the canal for nice walks. Martina answered our questions quickly, we highly recommend the apartment!

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment in a very quiet location of a residential area. The small forest nearby was very good for walking the dog. The parking spot was right in front of the house. Communication with Florian worked out very well and all questions were answered quickly. What was partially missing in the apartment was immediately provided to us with explanation and apology. That was very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the couch cozy. We slept excellently. The kitchen had everything we needed. Shopping was a 3-minute drive away. The small garden with terrace is perfect for stepping outside in the morning. In summer, I imagine that to be very pleasant. We were very happy with the place.

We felt very comfortable with Patricia and had a very relaxing time in Bochum. The house is as described, very spacious and cozy. The communication with the host was impeccable and very friendly. We were completely satisfied, especially the many bathrooms and toilets made the stay with 6 girls very easy!

A great clean place where we had enough space for a weekend with two families. We also particularly liked the pool!

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we didn't have any baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

The cottage is surrounded by greenery and yet is very well connected to the city by bus. We felt very comfortable. Everything was super clean, very well maintained and lovingly furnished. Our daughter particularly liked the foosball in the living room. Jens greeted us right upon arrival and gave us valuable tips for restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this place!

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

Gaby was welcoming us and left fruit baskets in each room. We had fun snacking on those. Each room was very nice and comfortable. We had a wonderful time. My favorite was to watch the milky way through the window above our bed when the sky was clear. So beautiful.

we had a wonderful weekend in Barbara's accommodation! Good bidding to Dusseldorf. The spaces were spacious with lots of privacy! Also the communication with Barbara was excellent, quick and friendly response. We will definitely come back!

We had a great long weekend in the accommodation, which especially invite you to spend long evenings together on the terrace or at the large dining table. There is plenty of space, it has everything you need and it also matches the description and the pictures. Bed linens, towels and bathrooms were especially clean! We actually found the nearby street less disturbing than we thought before. Claudia was always easy to reach and is a very friendly contact!

This is Tim's apartment. It's very intimate because of that. Super clean. Nicely furnished with plenty of space. No free cabinets for your own clothes. We were only there because of the apartment with 2 toilets and three bedrooms in Bottrop. Industrial culture is great, but you have to drive a lot.

Because of a family celebration, we were looking for a place to stay in Dorsten, which turned out to be difficult. Therefore, we were glad that we found the bungalow No. 9, which is quiet and surrounded by greenery. The apartment is very good and equipped with a lot of love for detail. Our Labrador dog also had plenty of space and room to run. Thank you for the good care.

Eddy is a fantastic host! He's super attentive, always quick to respond, and sorted out any little thing immediately. Being new to the area, his local knowledge was a real plus for us while we were here for work. And that bed in the master bedroom? Absolutely fantastic! Having a great laundry in the basement with both a dryer and space to hang clothes was so convenient. The appliances are top-notch, and the finishes throughout the home are excellent. That coffee machine? Seriously impressive! Best Airbnb coffee I've ever had. Our daily workouts in the sunny sunroom were a highlight. Plus, the house was always comfortable, warm on chilly days and cool when it got hotter. The electric shutters were a nice touch too. The only small quirk was a few more personal items left behind than usual, but the advantage is we got to use the great appliances from the family who lived here. Overall, a great stay and we'd definitely recommend Eddy's place!

We had a nice stay. There was a small hickup with the warm water. Ben's mother quickly came around and helped us solve it. She even brought us some brotchen. A very nice lady. The house is huge and we felt at home. Recommended.
