In the heart of the Côte Châlonnaise, a stone's throw from a 14th century ducal palace, the Fruitier de Germolles awaits you for a relaxing and atypical stay. Enjoying a private garden, garden furniture, bike and motorcycle garage, you will also have access to the swimming pool and a games room (Ping Ping, foosball and billiards).

In a quiet green setting and easily accessible from the A6 exit 25.2 (Chalon Center), Dracy le Fort is 5 minutes away and located at the foot of the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise with its bakery. Independent of our main house and well arranged, the air-conditioned accommodation can accommodate 1 to 4 people and opens directly onto the property's beautiful wooded park (2400 m2). You have private parking inside the property (closed) and close to the accommodation + bicycle shelter

Come and take a break in this small cozy completely refurbished accommodation located in the building of our main home. You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. Access to the cottage is facilitated by the proximity of a major highway (RCEA), 10 minutes from the Chalon Sud highway exit and 15 minutes from the Creusot TGV station.

Air-conditioned apartment renovated in a modern style including equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, shower room and toilet. Located on the 1st floor of a beautiful stone farmhouse. Fully equipped, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi. Outdoor heated communal pool from June 15 to September 15. No eating by the pool, a place is provided for this purpose on the garden side. A small table and BBC is at your disposal. Towels are provided.

We welcome you to a detached house and in a very private environment without a view, 300 meters from the ramparts. You will have a 1000 m2 garden in the city center, a heated swimming pool (the temperature is generally between 26°C and 28°C but we cannot guarantee this temperature in case of very unfavorable weather) and free and secure covered parking for one vehicle. We no longer accept young children due to bad experiences.
