In a quiet green setting and easily accessible from the A6 exit 25.2 (Chalon Center), Dracy le Fort is 5 minutes away and located at the foot of the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise with its bakery. Independent of our main house and well arranged, the air-conditioned accommodation can accommodate 1 to 4 people and opens directly onto the property's beautiful wooded park (2400 m2). You have private parking inside the property (closed) and close to the accommodation + bicycle shelter

You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. 30 m2 apartment, newly renovated in the heart of the Puligny Montrachet vineyard renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. You can enjoy walks, and there is a barbecue available, followed by a quiet drink. Closed courtyard for your vehicle. A key box is available for your autonomy. I hope you have a lovely stay.

Restored in an eco-responsible spirit, this apartment is ideal for 2 people and will also allow you to access the garden and pool shared with the owners when they are present.
