Newly renovated house with lake location!

A completely newly renovated house 100m from lake Bolmen with large patio with sun all day and view over the stunning lake Bolmen. The jetty and swimming area are of course on the property, as well as possibility to rent a boat from the host. Bolmen is a lake known for its fine waters, good fishing, and its many islands. At Sunnaryds Gård we raise the Gotland sheep and on the ground there is a high population of Dov deer. 700 meters from the property there is a paddle ball court, boule courts, football field, outdoor gym and multi-sport arena.

Nice cabin with proximity to Lake Bolmen.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you live secluded with proximity to both forest and the water. The house is only a few meters from Lake Bolmen. There are 6 beds, small kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, hall and glazed deck. A small rowing boat is included in the rental rental. 3 km from the house there is a padel court, boulbana and outdoor gym. Enter Sunnaryd on GPS's, just after the alpacas there is a gravel road on the right side with a sign Holmen. Follow the road about 1.5 km.

Silence, peace and quiet! We'd like to share our paradise. Access to a boat and barbecue area and endless gravel roads. A private flat which is in our workshop just outside our residential house. Hiking and biking in magical scenery. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km low and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber net on a rainy day! You have access to boat and firewood. Nice and big house with a lot of rooms. Charming house close to the lake with very good fishing (gädda and abborre). Two bathrooms with showers. 6 bed rooms, an extra bed in the hallway upstair. There is one boat and two SUP boards. The fishing is very good. Close to Isaberg Mountain Resort for skiing in Hestra during winter. Downhill skiing at Hestra, Isaberg. You can also rent Sjövillan with 10 beds.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
