A completely renovated house 100 meters from Lake Bolmen with a large patio with sun all day and views of the amazing Lake Bolmen. Pier and swimming area are of course on the property, as well as the possibility to rent a boat from the host. Bolmen is a lake known for its fine water, good fishing and its many islands. At Sunnaryds Gård we breed Gotland sheep and on the land there is a high population of fallow deer. 700 meters from the accommodation there is a padel court, boules courts, football pitch, outdoor gym and multi-sports arena.

Our summer house on the shore of Lake Bolmen offers a peaceful and natural accommodation. The house has a lake view, it is only 150 meters to the lake with sandy beach and the small rowing boat which is also included (motor rented separately). The house has two floors with two bedrooms (5 beds) and a living room with sofa bed (2 beds). There is a kitchen with cooking facilities and two fresh bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 shower). The house is located on a farm with the owner in the neighboring house.

Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters that has recently undergone a total renovation. It accommodates up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms + a sofa bed with two beds. The cottage is located by a lake with a private jetty and wood-fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. The cottage has a patio on the front, a large balcony and a terrace where you can socialize, eat and sunbathe. Located about 15 minutes from Isaberg Mountain Resort.

"Elisabet's apartment" 40 m to the lake with own boat

Silence, peace and quiet! We want to share our paradise. Access to a boat and barbecue area and endless gravel roads. A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.

Herrgårdsflygel

Nice and big house with a lot of rooms. Charming house close to the lake with very good fishing (gädda and abborre). Two bathrooms with showers. 6 bed rooms, an extra bed in the hallway upstair. There is one boat and two SUP boards. The fishing is very good. Close to Isaberg Mountain Resort for skiing in Hestra during winter. Downhill skiing at Hestra, Isaberg. You can also rent Sjövillan with 10 beds.

Öreryd Little House

Nice little cottage in the village of Öreryd. Here you have only 10 minutes to Isaberg Mountain Resort and Isaberg Golf Course. The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes from the accommodation. The nearest major city is 40 minutes away. Gekås in Ullared is an hour and a half from the property. Sheets and towels are not included. Blankets and pillows are available. Cleaning materials are available.

A cottage of about 70m2 built in 2005, partially renovated in 2018 with a nice lake plot. Small private marina is just near the property. About 5 minutes to Tallberga grocery store by car. There is a private beach on the property that is shared with the host family, otherwise there is a public beach just 100 meters from the cottage. There is also a sauna in the bathroom if you want to warm up.

Luxury sommer house on Bolmsö

Great house built 2008 with all amenities 50m from private beach and private Jetty/bridge shared only with owners 2 other houses, fishing boat included , canoe and more. If you have boating experience you can rent watersport boats for wakeboarding waterskiing and more. 4x4 CanAm (requires licence to rent) and bikes (free)available for tours. Of course all bedlinen and towels are provided.
