Nevers: 15 minutes Highway: 10 minutes Quiet studio with large adjoining grounds. You'll feel right at home.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

isabelle and Denis welcome you to this old farmhouse restored to the taste of the day in the heart of a typical quiet Nivernais village. this old house is elevated, offering you an unobstructed view of the countryside. it is an excellent stay to discover the Morvan Regional Park, Vezelay, Guedelon as well as the Canal du Nivernais, different types of museums...

House in a green setting, accessible for people with reduced mobility

The detached house has two levels. The single-storey ground floor (fully accessible to PRMs) has a 160 retractable bed, a living area with 125 cm TV, a fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with extended toilet and walk-in shower. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.
