This building, overlooking the hillsides of vineyards, offers a privileged setting to recharge your batteries and share friendly moments for families or groups of friends. The place is also perfectly suited for a seminar or working days with colleagues. The place has a swimming pool (indoor) and an outbuilding "l'Orangerie" with a large terrace.

OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a safe haven, it offers a 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. Bedlinen and towels included.

You will be close to many vineyard tours such as Sauterne and St Emilion, bastides and castles, activities such as mountain biking along the Garonne Canal, canoeing on the Ciron You will be 1 hour from Bordeaux and 1.5 hours from the ocean. You can also enjoy many festivities.

This fully equipped studio is located on the second floor of our house so access is via a staircase. Bright accommodation with a lovely view of the countryside and a stone's throw from the Garonne. Peaceful and quiet place, an outdoor space is also available with a parking space, barbecue as well as outdoor table and chair. Close to the greenway bike path about 5 km, about 10 minutes from Réole and 15 minutes from the highway.

Gîte de Labrouche

The cottage of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. Golf des Graves and Sauternais 5 minutes away and the start of the Canal de Garonne Green Way 10 minutes away ! La Part des Anges, your studio in the countryside.

In the heart of our property La part des Anges, we offer an independent studio with parking. A large warm room with modular beds that allow a one-bed or two single bed configuration. A separate kitchenette as well as toilet and bathroom. Linens and towels provided. Wifi and connected TV. Quietly, the studio enjoys beautiful country views. The pool is accessible from 6pm to 8pm.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines.
