Family-friendly vacation rentals in Girona

Heerlijk rustig verblijf gehad. Super te combineren met een bezoek aan het drukke Barcelona. We hebben enorm genoten van de prachtige en uitgebreide tuin met zwembad. Er waren erg veel leuke speelmogelijkheden. Leuk winkeltje met eigen spullen aanwezig op de boerderij. We geven locatie een 10!!! (4dagen waren te kort ;-))

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alicia. Le logement était parfaitement adapté pour notre bébé d’un an (lit parapluie installé dans la chambre, chaise haute dans la cuisine, porte bébé et autre accessoires mis à disposition). Le logement est spacieux et très calme et l’extérieur est parfait pour profiter avec un bébé notamment avec la petite piscine très agréable pour se rafraîchir le matin ou au retour de la plage. Alicia est une hôte très sympathique, disponible et aux petits soins pour ses voyageurs. Nous recommandons et reviendrons sans hésiter ☺️

We had a wonderful time at Aleix’s apartment. The balcony and view is spectacular and so special to wake up to and watch the sun go down. The house is spacious and the pool and paddle board court were such nice bonuses. Only things to bear in mind are that you need to drive to get into town and the tap water isn’t fantastic so we would recommend bringing your own for your stay, though one big bottle was supplied for us. Thanks Aleix for a great stay!

Our stay with Jacqueline and Xavi was amazing. The cottage was magical, with the best view in Catalunya and so many small details that made us feel right at home. Jacqueline gave the best recommendations for dining and the amazing beaches in the surrounding area. We absolutely recommend this beautiful place, our new favorite spot on the Costa Brava.

Great place for a getaway

Franc’s house is beautiful in the idyllic Catalan countryside. We enjoyed our stay with our 9 month old baby. Franc shared recommendations and was very helpful with a small issue we had during our stay. I would recommend bug spray as you’re in the countryside, I got a few mosquito bites!

Tout était parfait ! Miguel est un hôte sympathique, accueillant et disponible. La villa et ses extérieurs sont magnifiques, aussi bien de jour que de nuit, avec une très belle vue sur Lloret del Mar. La piscine a été un vrai bonheur au quotidien. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances et je recommande vivement ce logement à tout le monde !

Sitio perfecto para relajarse, maravilloso, sin ruido, ideal para desconectar, con unos anfitriones muy atentos y preocupados porque disfrute el huésped. Una experiencia muy recomendable.

We stayed 4 nights at Raquel’s place in Roses. The apartment is very comfortable, a little tight moving about in the bedroom, but you can make it work. The nearest bar/restaurant (bar Ona)is about 25 min walk. We did try the bus there but the timing was unreliable, no bus back. Great walk on a coastal path just below the apartment block.

Beautiful and clean apartment full of all the needed amenities, located in a perfect location. Responsive host, let us store luggage before we could check in and after we needed to check out. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier mehr als genossen, wir haben uns am ersten Tag gleich wie daheim gefühlt. Die Gegend ist so schön wohnlich und mit der Metro Station Parallel erreicht man alle schönen Orte der Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Séjour excellent et très bonne communication L’appartement est parfait

Stayed for a week with my friend and this place was ideal for location, quick 10-15 min walk to the ramblas but was out of the hussle of the tourist. Apartment was gorgeous, clean tidy and having a private terrace was a gorgeous touch. Would book this place again if I was to come back to Barcelona!

Silvia's flat in the Vila de Gracia neighborhood was perfect in location, and perfect quiet neighborhood feel. First of all, she was very sweet and personally greeted us, gave us instructions on how all the amenities worked, and left us a great little list of local places to eat. We took advantage, and the two places we tried were great! If we stayed longer, we would have had the time to try all her recs. Second, the eclectic style of her place was just great, especially for my two daughters. They both loved it. The backyard patio was beautiful. Like many Spanish style homes, out in the street, it doesn't look like anything. Just a door and maybe a window out front. But once you go inside, it opens up, usually with a beautiful tropical/lush garden out back. We really enjoyed her personal interior decoration style. Third, it was very centrally located for our needs. We focused on visiting Casa Batllo, and the Sagrada as we has a short stay. And it was perfect for walking to them.

I absolutely loved the house — it felt like a little paradise with that amazing view. The view was even better than I expected The house had everything I needed — all the essentials were there, which made my stay super comfortable. Everything was so cozy and peaceful, I felt right at home. Grateful for such a beautiful stay, and I’d love to come back someday!

Very very friendly hosts and nice big place to stay :)

I cannot think of a better first international trip with baby, place to stay, and hosts than Jaume and Brigit's place in Girona!! They were so welcoming - helping with luggage, directions, flexibility, and even setting up baby items like a high chair, changing table, and crib for us! they made sure there were age appropriate toys, and even borrowed a stroller for us when ours broke. Amazing. Incredible hosts. The place was beautiful and perfect as well! The history of the place as it relates to Brigit's family really felt like staying with friends rather than a large company with many properties - but they definitely gave us plenty of privacy and had a great balance of interactions. Great location. Quiet, and super convenient with La Fabrica right out the front door. Highly recommend.

L’appartement de Francesca nous a permis de découvrir un coin magnifique de la Costa Brava. La vue est tout simplement splendide. L’accès à pied aux plages demande un peu d’effort physique, surtout pour la remontée, mais ça en vaut largement la peine. L’appartement est très joliment aménagé, pratique et très propre. Gros point positif: le matelas du lit de la chambre principale est très confortable! Et de se réveiller au son des nombreux oiseaux et des vagues est plus qu’agréable. L’endroit est d’autant plus agréable en basse saison, où l’on peut pleinement profiter du lieu en toute tranquillité.

Das Haus war sehr schön und individuell, alles war tipptopp! Nacho war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Begur ist ein sehr schöner Ort, vor allem, wenn das Blumenfest stattfindet. Einziger Nachteil ist der steile Weg zum Haus, da es höher gelegen ist. Jederzeit gerne wieder und Dankeschön an Nacho👍🏼

Perfectly adequate accomodation for a short stay in Llança for a couple. The Kitchen was a little smaller than expected, but was fully outfitted and even had a larder stocked with essentials. Marisa is an excellent host and recommended a very good, reasonably priced restaurant. Off street parking was a bonus.

Estuvimos muy agusto en la casa. Al llegar estaba todo impecable y Ane fue muy amable con todo, nos explicó detalladamente las diferentes alternativas de turismo cerca de la ubicación. Ibamos con 2 perros y no hubo ningún inconveniente en ningún momento. Una experiencia fantástica para repetir!

Leuk verblijf lekker dichtbij het centrum en Javier was iemand die snel reageerde en je goed te woord stond.

We spent 8 nights at the Agnes' cottage overlooking the sea . The setting is right above a beautiful small cove beach steps from the cottage. We would swim/snorkel from there to Aiguablava beach and other times we would walk to Platja Fonda (10 minutes away) or swim off the rocks in many other coves in the area. Great dining is available in many restaurants along the coast and dont miss the small bar and sandwich shop (Guingueta s’illa blanca) at the Marina below the Aiguablava hotel. The cottage was well appointed and kitchen very well equipped as described and shown in the photos. The bathroom had great water pressure and endless amounts of hot water. Outdoor was a large terrace with four lounge chairs and an umbrella and a weber bbq grill. The a/c was provided greating cooling since we were there during an unusual heat spell. Agnes was a great host and made sure our needs were met and we were comfortable. We hope to return next year.
