Recently renovated 3 bedrooms and 3-bathroom apartment features unique touches like 4m height celling, book collection and fireplace. 2 of the 3 BDRs are master BDRs. What’s more, there is a private balcony with a beautiful garden view.

Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Two elegant chairs, one in yellow and the other in green, are positioned next to a small glass table. A stunning glass dome overhead creates an open, airy feeling, while intricate metalwork adds decorative detailing to the space.
