Located in a quiet area, at the foot of the Canal du Midi in a charming village bordered by its vineyard and pine forest, you will appreciate the proximity of the restaurant, its grocery store and its bread depot (all these services are located 200 m from the accommodation but are CLOSED ON MONDAYS). Its geographical location allows access in 40 minutes to the beaches, 40 minutes to the City of Carcassonne, 20 minutes to the large buffets of Narbonne and 10 minutes to the highway exit. Its plus: its small private courtyard not overlooked.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. Located in the heart of a village surrounded by vineyards. It can accommodate 4 people. The accommodation is upstairs. On the first floor, a very large living room with kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking a courtyard where you can eat, have a BBQ, enjoy the jacuzzi or a deck chair. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a laundry room and a toilet. The accommodation is my personal accommodation.

A 10-minute walk from the Canal du Midi, in a village of Occitania, 12 km from the tourist town of Narbonne, 30 km from the sea and 40 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, this charming house is a former "ramonétage". You will stay in a quiet location and enjoy a swimming pool shared only with us. Motorcycle and bike garage. Barbecue and pétanque will enhance these discoveries. The dedicated Box allows remote work. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels and linens are provided.

This coquettish studio of 10m2, old transformed garage, is attached to the house, it is possible to leave bicycles safely. For a short break or a longer stay this charming little studio will delight you. In a peaceful village you will enjoy the calm and nature. A stone's throw away, there is a bakery, a tabac/grocery store, and a restaurant. Easy and free parking. Air-conditioned studio. Canal du Midi 5 min away in Somail. Narbonne 20 min and Béziers 30 min. Supermarket 5 min drive.

We are located 2.5 km from Le Somail, a typical village on the banks of the Canal du Midi (30 min walk along a path lined with vineyards). A 3-minute walk from all shops: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco/newstand, hairdresser, beautician, laundromat and restaurants. Also great for traveling workers!
