Me encantó en lugar. Un apartamento muy pero muy lindo, muy bien localizado, hasta los que habitan el edificio son amables. Todo está muy cerca y la verdad, me pareció súper lindo que todo sea tan local. Es una experiencia increíble. El apartamento bastante cómodo, cuartos, baños, cocina y buenísimo que tiene lavadora y secadora. Tiene parking muy cerca y súper mercados también. Carlos muy buen host, muy atento y súper pendiente de nosotros, siempre nos respondía ante cualquier duda. 100% recomendado y volveríamos a quedarnos aquí.

True home away from home ! The place is well designed to the smallest detail, very clean and welcoming. Amazing location and close to the market. If you want to live like local - can’t miss this one, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again !

My family of four absolutely loved our stay at Cristina’s place in the heart of Seville. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from both the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Although we typically rely on public transportation, we found it easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Getting to the apartment was simple, a quick 10-minute cab ride from the train station and we had no trouble finding it. We arrived early in the morning, but there’s a convenient luggage locker nearby that worked perfectly for us. Cristina was incredibly responsive and always provided helpful information when we needed it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!

Alloggio in zona tranquilla e in posizione comodissima per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Internamente ben curato e fresco nonostante i 40 gradi raggiunti durante il nostro soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutti gli accessori necessari in modo da non doverli comprare come ad esempio: bagnoschiuma, shampoo, capsule per macchina del caffè, zucchero, sale olio. Siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo, sicuramente ci torneremo in futuro. Grazie dell' accoglienza.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Miguel. L'appartement est idéal pour 4 personnes avec 2 salles d'eau et conforme au descriptif dans une résidence calme. Accès facile et Miguel est réactif aux messages La terrasse sur les toits est un véritable plus avec un très beau point de vue sur Triana et Seville et son jacuzzi. Idéalement situé, avec à proximité des restaurants, cafés et le marché couvert à 20 mm à peine des centres d'intérêts touristiques principaux. On reviendra avec plaisir

Sinceramente da gusto la dedicación y el detalle de la limpieza y sobre todo el trato y las facilidades extras también se agradecieron, recomendable 100% Ubicación, tranquilidad, cocina de las más completas en las que me he hospedado. Sin duda para volver a visitar Sevilla, este piso sería el lugar ideal para descansar! Gracias!!

Lovely appartement ,very clean , comfortable beds, having 2 bathrooms was very practical, well equipped kitchen with amenities. The living space is a little bit small but it was fine as we spent most of the time outside . The communication with the host was very good and friendly . The area is nice and quiet , and has shops and cafes for breakfast , it is really close to Las setas and about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the historical centre . Overall it has been a pleasure to stay in Natalia's place and we highly recommend it .

I will sum it up this way: If I was settling in Sevilla I would try to buy this apartment. We stayed three weeks and it had everything we needed for a long stay: the kitchen was very well equipped, the furniture was comfortable, the A/C was up to battling the heat, the internet was fast, the bedrooms were quiet, the water pressure was great, the bus stop is a 30 second walk away, the Feria food market is a five minute walk away and there are dozens of restaurants and bars along the Alameda de Hercules (special mention to Lola por Dios because the staff and the food were amazing). Accessibility: The apartment is on the 1st floor (American 2nd) but there is a decent elevator that is big enough for a baby stroller or a wheelchair. There is a small step to the front door. The hallway bathroom has a shower with a wide opening. Elitsa was an amazing host and she responded immediately to the very minor issues that we had.

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Daniel’s place was perfect! We were right in the center of old Seville. The location was exemplary. The local cuisine was marvelous. Daniel’s apartment is gorgeous. All the rooms were perfectly clean, and the colors of each room really gave us a sense of being distinct but traditional. All the amenities were as described and were in excellent condition. Daniel even made sure we had cold water in the fridge on arrival, a complimentary wine bottle that we enjoyed. Lastly, the view from the 2 leveled roof was straight out of a movie I wish I could give this listing 10 stars! I would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

Amazing find - plenty of space for our family and the kids loved the pool. Villa is just outside a cozy village near Sevilla which made it private but still easy enough to go into the city. Would love to stay here again on a return trip.

The property was amazing, especially for kids. Fantastic amenities, incredible bedrooms. Only thing is if you want privacy from any kids while in the bathroom you have to go to the one by the pool ; ). Would absolutely stay here again in Sevilla!

Rafael is a superb host who has thoughtfully considered every detail. We took public transit with ease every day to see the main attractions, as his suite is a short 5 minute walk to the regular bus route. We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Carmona’s old town! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The added touch of having some food provided for breakfast was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Carmona, and the free parking just a 10-minute walk away was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Increíble ubicación, en una zona peatonal desde la que puedes caminar a algunas de las atracciones más importantes de Sevilla, cultura y docenas de restaurantes para elegir a tu gusto. Una vista muy bonita al frente de la Universidad de Sevilla. Rafael es un gran anfitrión, excelente comunicación y muy amable en todo momento. Hay un poco de ruido por las noches, pues el departamento está justo sobre algunos restaurantes que tienen mesas en la calle, pero es un pequeño precio a cambio de una gran ubicación.

Had a fantastic break, central to everything, lots of bars restaurants nearby. Pool was a bonus when we wanted to just relax, will definitely be back😁

毎回とても親切で応答も早く、鍵の受け取りにはAlicia先生が直接出迎えてくれて感激しました。　周囲は治安がよく、すべて歩いて行かれる範囲以内で、フラメンコ学校も近く便利でした。　広場にはおいしいカフェやレストランがたくさんあり、散歩もかねて毎日出かけていました。　また是非Sevillaに行ったときには利用したいです！　ありがとうございました。

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Although we didn’t get to meet Antonio during our stay, he arranged for someone to meet us and welcome us to his apartment. Communication was great!

Great apartment. If I could, I would give it 6 stars. Great service from check-in, very kind owner. Excellent location, close to restaurants and supermarkets and also several tourist spots. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly.

Thank you José and Arturo for being so welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bed and linens were especially comfortable. It was so quiet; excellent sound proofing! Would definitely visit again.

Beyond checking the typical boxes that we look for in accommodations (very clean, comfy bed, great shower and reliable wifi), it is a lovely apartment that invites relaxation. It has a well equipped kitchen with a generous fridge/freezer and handy washer/dryer. We appreciated the ample storage space in the bedroom (closets & drawers). which allowed us to not have to live out of our suitcases during our stay. A scenic river walk of 20 minutes (more or less) allowed us easy access to all the old town attraction as well as other notable areas of Sevilla such as the Triana neighborhood. Jose was an exceptional communicator. Very early after confirming our booking, he forwarded information about the city to help us with our holiday planning. He arranged transfers both to and from the apartment and was able to accommodate our request for an early check in. Should we ever return to Sevilla, we would definitely consider staying at this apartment again.
