Outdoor TV, lounge area, well lit foosball table area, lazy fun chairs, barbecue and fire pit are all for you. Separate electric gate will give you a separate entrance and privacy. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house.
