Vid rätt förhållande finns det även spår precis bakom huset. Sommartid finns underbar vandring, vattenfall, sjöar, fiske, bad och bastu i Rätan. Eller prova motionsspåret precis bakom huset. Huset har en fullutrustad kök och mysig vardagsrum för avkopplande häng med familjen eller vänner. Höghastighet bredband finns.

Sängplatser: sovloft 140 cm bredd och bäddsoffa 140 cm bredd = 4 sängplatser totalt. Tillhörande bäddmadrasser ger sköna sängar. Litet badrum med dusch, toalett och handfat. Matbord och fyra stolar. Stor uteplats i söderläge med bord och 4 stolar. Mindre men välutrustat kök med spis, kylskåp, micro och ugn. Utegrill. WIFI. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Perfect accommodation for those of you who want to enjoy relaxation and nature in the mountains. Cross-country trails and hiking trails pass through the area and the ski slopes are a couple of minutes' drive away. There is room for 4 guests and it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation with comfortable beds, a fireplace and sauna.

If you are looking for a place to stay where you can experience nature and the forest right on the doorstep with a little distance to the nearest neighbor, this is the perfect choice. The house is located between Bräcke and Svenstavik by Lake Mellansjön and a couple of hundred meters behind it there is also a private pond.
