This was a great location, not too far from Main Street. Place was clean and had clear instructions for the stay.

Loved our stay here. The house was well decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside was that it is on a busy street so there was some road noise and backing out of the driveway was a little tricky. But the convenient location more than made up for it. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Fredericksburg.

Very satisfied with the property to include the back-yard which was perfect for our doggies. The residence was immaculant and felt like home immediately upon arrival. My wife and I will look to this address the next time we visit Fredricksville.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway at Jeff's place! This was actually our second time staying here, and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots in Fredericksburg. The location is unbeatable, just a block or two from Main Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. 

Jeff's home is not only impeccably clean but also incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The thoughtful touches throughout the house, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, truly enhanced our stay. We loved being able to relax in the charming living room after a day of exploring the local shops and restaurants.

Jeff himself is a fantastic host, always responsive and attentive to any questions or needs we had. His hospitality really made our stay special. We can't wait to return for another visit and would highly recommend his place.

What an amazing home away from home! Ashley was an amazing host with a beautiful and cozy feeling space. We were very nearby the downtown strip with lots of cool shops and restaurants and only about 10 minutes away from all of the amazing winery’s in Fredricksburg. The fire pit in the back was such a great spot to wind down from a fun day of celebrating with some s’mores! Highly recommend this host and her home if you’re looking to have a cozy spot to stay in while enjoying everything Fredricksburg has to offer. Thank you Ashley!

A welcome sign awaited us on the table once we arrived with a basket of chips. Home was beautiful, quaint, and peaceful. The backyard was a place to hang out with plenty of sitting. The swing was a hit! We appreciated the binder with the details for our stay, with all the pamphlets to go through of options to do in Fredericksburg. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place! It was in walking distance to some great places on Main. The backyard was very pleasant and we enjoyed having our coffee out there. Dakota was very responsive and helpful and always had a great attitude. We will for sure be back!

Lovely home and was perfect for our weekend stay. The beds were very comfortable, nice area for sitting outside in the front and back of home, and everything was provided as stated. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect setup for our bachelorette! There were fresh cookies waiting upon our arrival which was was so sweet. Host was easy to communicate with and check out was a breeze. Great experience!

We absolutely loved our stay. Didn’t get to see the stars because it was storming at night, but the place was amazing.

Even before we step foot inside, Danielle was the most incredible host. She was very communicative, flexible and accommodating. The place itself is incredible! The pool is gorgeous and the photos don’t really do it justice, there was also a working hot tub. The kitchen is excellent and equipped with everything you would need and there’s also a grill. I totally Loss over the fact that there is an incredible soaking tub on the top floor! The top four bathroom is huge, and the perfect place for a group of girlfriends or a family to get ready together. Everything about this place was wonderful and I will actually be coming back again someday because I loved it that much.

Had a wonderful time here! Quiet, secluded, beautiful. I like to explore, so there was a lot to explore. Had 4 friends, and we all enjoyed our sleeping areas! A tip to know if you’re gonna cook, the stoves are not the most effective for massive meals. But we made do and it wasn’t a issue! (Definitely use the grill) Our host was fantastic and kept us updated throughout the trip including a later check out time, which we all enjoyed so much. Thank you for allowing us to stay and relax for the weekend!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The property was even better than the pictures – clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The highlight for me was definitely the pool and hot tub. Both were spotless, well-maintained, and created the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The host was outstanding – friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The space was cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and everything I needed was right at my fingertips. If you’re looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway with the added bonus of your own private pool and hot tub, this is the place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Our family had a blast staying here. It was great and the pool and jacuzzi were the cherry on top. Definitely worth a try! We really enjoyed that it was nestled in the hill country.

Loved this place and would stay again. Felt very much like a home away from home. The ranch and the sheep were so cool, and at night I could see all the stars. Hope to return!

Highly recommend staying at The Martinsburg! Clemens & Audrey are fantastic hosts who are so accommodating and friendly. The homes at The Martinsburg are the coolest tiny homes that felt secure, private, and cozy. Clemens & Audrey fill the home with thoughtful details, with everything you could need, down to dog bowls and dog treats if you indicate that you'll be bringing your pets with you. The retreat really immerses you into the charm of Fredericksburg, with local recommendations and even locally-sourced soap used in the home.

We chose this place for our daughter's surprise engagement. Monica met with us months ahead of time to scope out the place for beautiful pictures and plan the weekend festivities. She was helpful every step of the way and even the weekend of. she coordinated weather updates and made sure everything was as promised. This place is ideal for small weddings or events. She has 3 different places to stay at on the ranch for multiple families. So many places for photo ops or locations to hold the wedding/reception depending on the size. our house was charming, supplied with everything we needed including a cool place to enjoy the hot tub. the drive to the Trade Days was just a few minutes. after a long day shopping downtown this place makes for a wonderful girls weekend. to top it all off monica brought us bfast for each day. some of the best cinnamon rolls and biscuits we've ever eaten. you cannot go wrong staying at the Monarch Ranch! it is truly a hidden gem! thank you Monica!

The place was perfect for a 2-day getaway with my friend for my birthday! The hot tub was a nice addition and easy to use! Very close drive to Augusta Vin Winery (our favorite) and a 8-10 minute drive to downtown Fredericksburg. The host was very kind, checking in daily to make sure we were doing well. I would stay here again.

This has been the best experience I've had staying at an RV. Kevin's place was spotless! Everything inside and outside the RV was super clean and tidy. Beautiful amenities and enchanting touches that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Kevin got us an excellent bottle of wine. Thank you for that wonderful gesture! The place had a very well-stocked kitchen, and extremely comfortable beds (they smell lovely!). A wonderful and cozy atmosphere. My family and I appreciate Kevin's responsiveness and helpfulness during our stay, particularly because he provided quick responses, helpful local tips, and made check-in/out processes smooth. Excellent communication from the host! And we loved his helpful local recommendations - great wineries and restaurants around the area.

The yurt experience was an amazing and unique experience! I stayed for three nights, and it was such a fun way to do Fredricksburg. The animals on the property were also a bonus. The description for the stay is correct in saying that it is camping, but with the A/C and lighting in the yurt, it is easy to forget. The bathroom and kitchen are communal style so be prepared for that. At night, the yurt can be loud depending on weather conditions.

Amazing place! Beautiful scenery everywhere. The house was perfect for our girls trip. We enjoyed sitting on the porch while watching the deer. The house was clean! Bedrooms are a great size! AC was wonderful! Plenty of places to sit and talk.

This is my 2nd time to stay here! LOVE this place!! A lil hard to find, sign could be bigger to show the address. Bill is awesome & responds quickly! Love the privacy we had, even though Bill lives on the property he doesn't come & mess with you. You might see him drive by, bit not an issue! I will almost ALWAYS stay here! 10 min drive to town. Loved lookn @ the stars @ night hanging out in the hot tub. Just a sweet spot to stay! It is a lil hard to find, bc maps takes you to the wooden gate the nextdoor neighbor.. go to the metal gate! lol. Great place to stay & relax!!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Josh and Haley's farm! The peaceful location just outside of town was exactly what we were looking for—a perfect escape to relax and recharge. The property is beautiful, with a charming small farm, a thriving garden, and wide-open skies that made stargazing unforgettable. Josh and Haley were warm, welcoming hosts who clearly love their home and surroundings. They gave great recommendations for nearby wineries and local restaurants, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. You can tell they’ve put a lot of thought and care into creating a comfortable and inviting space for their guests. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with a touch of country charm and easy access to small-town gems, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!!
