This place has been one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have rented. The baked goods waiting for us were delicious!!! Monica was very sweet and accommodating. Truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again!! Everything was just perfect!!

Highly recommend staying at The Martinsburg! Clemens & Audrey are fantastic hosts who are so accommodating and friendly. The homes at The Martinsburg are the coolest tiny homes that felt secure, private, and cozy. Clemens & Audrey fill the home with thoughtful details, with everything you could need, down to dog bowls and dog treats if you indicate that you'll be bringing your pets with you. The retreat really immerses you into the charm of Fredericksburg, with local recommendations and even locally-sourced soap used in the home.

Jennifer was extremely accommodating and made the resort welcoming. Pickleball courts were a plus. Approximately 20 min away from downtown Fredericksburg.

Great place to stay right outside of town. Private which is great. No noise. Very neat place for a couples getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Quiet and lots of wildlife. Loved the ability to feed the deer and bring them close. Hot tub was great and everything was really comfortable.

Perfect tiny house, looked just like the photos. Home was super close to Main St and only a short drive to the popular wineries. The rain didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool so I hope to visit again.

It was the perfect house for our couples anniversary trip! We loved the peace and quiet while still being close to town. We never saw Sammy the rooster and was looking forward to it. The only issue we had was with the living room AC. It would work for about an hour and then we would have to flip the breaker. When I reached out, they were super quick to respond. They were supposed to send a technician out but not sure if they ever did because we were still having issues with it. Luckily the weather was perfect and the bedroom AC worked so we weren’t too concerned with not having great AC in the living room. We plan on staying here again the next time we come back!

My wife and I booked a last minute trip Fredericksburg, and our usual spot was already taken — but we’re so glad it was, because this place was an awesome find. The cabin has a rustic feel with tons of character. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s located in a quiet, rural area — the perfect escape from city life. We loved watching the sunset over the hills from the porch. The hot tub and fire pit were great for relaxing in the evening, and the stars at night were incredible — way more than we’re used to seeing. The home is tucked away, with an easy 10 min drive to downtown Fredericksburg, all the local wineries, and grocery store. Sha was a great host — super easy to communicate with and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the middle of Texas Wine Country and it is only about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg. Definitely a good location.

The bunk house is super cute, very spacious and just like home. Loved watching the sheep roam from the front porch. 🐑 Thanks for a great stay.

We had a nice time! Very peaceful, clean and quiet place. I like that has minimal decors and spacious. Dana and Kelsey were excellent in communicating and messaging us about their instructions.

My wife and I were blown away by the property. From the moment we arrived we felt secluded and relaxed. The location of the property was a quick 10 minutes from Main St. and 15-20 minutes or so from Enchanted Rock. The house was perfect for two people, and felt larger than it was due to a very considered layout and private porch that opened up to beautiful Texas skies. There was plenty of animal activity at night, which was exciting, and deer everywhere at dusk and dawn. Checking in/out was easy. The other houses on the property were barely noticeable. Just an amazing weekend. Recommend.

Paul’s place was just right for the getaway we wanted. Spacious enough for staying a few days. We wanted to have a quiet place as our location to explore the hill country.

Was a lovely & memorable stay! We visit Fredericksburg a lot & usually stay closer in town, but staying out (10min from town) in the more “country” part of town was nice! Was the perfect cozy cabin for nights in & catching up with friends!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked to cook meals each day. Our favorite part was sitting by the river, peaceful and relaxing. Location was perfect, in between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, Albert is down the road, and many nearby wineries.

Loved the cabin, out away from town but close enough to go back and forth when you wanted to do something. Great scenery and perfect little getaway. If the creek had been accessible it would've been perfect.

We would absolutely stay here again. It was great for a romantic weekend away, super clean, had all the amenities we needed and walkable to Luckenbach. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location if you want to visit Fredericksburg but be out of the city !!! Super cute farm vibes with ponies and cows!!!!! So peaceful at night while in the hot tub and watching the stars. Will be coming back again !!!!!

Came to Fredericksburg as kiddos were playing in golf tournament at Lady Bird. Perfect place for a family of four.

We enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful surroundings. Definitely felt right at home here. Far away from town to be peaceful but close enough so the drive did not feel like a burden. Will definitely come back.
