From the cottage, it is 200 meters to the forest and 800 meters to the beach. The grounds are totally undisturbed with a beautiful older planting. The house has been completely renovated this year and looks very inviting with a ceiling for the kitchen and an exit to a large south-west facing wooden terrace. The house also has 3 good bedrooms and a completely new bathroom.

The house is situated in a quiet area with old houses and is surrounded by a courtyard with sun and shelter all day. Furthermore it has a large spanish porch with garden furniture, fireplace and grill.

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
