Guest house is a studio so sleeps two privately with Murphy bed in the same room for additional two. Relax, hike, visit the Amish country, travel to Nashville, or bring your horse and experience Foxhunting! Horse accomodations on site. Grocery stores and restaurants are 30 minutes away so be prepared. Wi-Fi is HughesNet so limited service. Cell service is also spotty.

The newly remodeled Little Farmer House has 2 bedrooms. It's super cute, cozy, and the best place to relax before and after your scheduled events. The window views are peaceful and this house has its own large yard, a grill and chill patio, and the cutest little miniature horses and donkey just next door at the Superhost's house. Dogs only. Located east of Athens/ 10 -12 minute drive to I-65 and Hwy 72/ 15 minute drive to Madison/30 minutes to Huntsville/Extra parking available.
