Mia is a good host—an excellent communicator who clearly cares deeply about her guests’ comfort and experience. She is warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful, which made me feel very well taken care of. The apartment is simple, clean, and reasonably priced, located in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. I truly appreciated Mia’s kindness and attention throughout my brief booking. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a great house with a beautiful property looking no further Owaise is the person you need to rent with. This home was spectacular. Upon entering the home, the air was at the right temperature with beautiful and elegant furniture with a modern looking home with beautiful decor, the bed was very comfortable in the amenities were out of this world. If I can give more stars, I would do just that. Also, I had a chance to meet the housekeeper, her name was Miss Virginia, fantastic soul the type of employee anyone would love to have, she does great work and her customer service is fantastic. Thank you guys again. I look forward to be hosted by you again.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—close to local attractions making it easy to explore the city. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions for check in. I Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in downtown Phoenix.

The house was perfect. Bradley had thought of everything and it was just like being at home. He was also quick to respond to my questions. Everything was very clean and well organized. Will definitely book this house again!

Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

Wonderful! The house was easy to find and access, and there was a spa vibe when we arrived. It was well maintained and had just about every amenity you could need, including a yoga mat and bicycles for every size family member. The hosts were communicative and friendly, and I appreciated the proactive and thorough instructions throughout the house. One huge bonus for this house was the park across the street. There was a big play structure, pickle ball courts, and a basketball court. Overall the place was quiet and comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Some awareness items: there were three community pools located in the neighborhood. We walked to two of them and they did not appear to be heated so swimming was a no go. Also, no lounge chairs were available at the pool sites so they are truly just for swimming. Because the house is near an airport there was early morning flight noise. Even with that the place was peaceful. We would love to return to ‘Park House’!

Doug’s house was the perfect getaway for our relaxing girl’s weekend! We loved everything about the home and its location - everything is exactly as pictured/described. We enjoyed how close the house was to downtown Gilbert and everything it has to offer, but nothing can beat the peaceful, relaxing setting of the backyard. The pool was fabulous and there’s lots of seating options in & out of the shade. The house is also wonderfully stocked with anything you need; I think the kitchen was stocked better than any other Airbnb I’ve rented. Everything was absolutely perfect - will definitely stay here again!

My second stay at Laura’s place. This is a wonderful, brand new 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment separate from the main home on the property. It’s tastefully decorated and very modern. We would love to lift up the building and drop it into our home town to live in, lol. It’s that nice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Danielle’s place. We enjoyed all the nearby convenience. The pool overlooking the water was so peaceful and relaxing. Would stay again!

Cute, clean, quaint condo on a beautiful peaceful property. Stocked with basic essentials (even shampoo, conditioner and K cups for coffee) as well as what you’d typically expect. Great communication with Lil. If you’re staying in the Chandler area, id highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Jim and Maria’s place. It was close to Tempe Marketplace which was convient. Spacious for a two bed two bath. Looked just like the pictures. Would recommend!

I picked this particular location because of its proximity to Sloan park. Unfortunately, my son’s team got knocked out of the tournament in the first round. The one downside with AirBnb in general is the cancellation policy. I understand the owner wants to keep to the cancellation policy and unfortunately, once spring training is over, those locations are probably hard to book. I just wish I could have left early and gotten a partial refund. Lesson learned.

Had a great stay! Ryan was more than hospitable and the place was perfect! I missed in the description that there was an attached garage. Talk about a life saver in the hot Arrizona sun! Will look to stay again when in town :)

The bnb was clean and comfy, the check-in and checkout process were both smooth and intuitive, and the location was great for the purpose I was in town for! Other things of note, the unit maintained a super comfortable temperature, the balcony was a treat (especially in the morning), and the bed/bedding was super comfy! I definitely recommend this location.

We had a great stay at Christine's place. It had everything you needed to feel right at home. We stayed for a month while our grand baby was being born and the location could not have been better. Communication with host was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Good location, very clean, and bed was comfortable. Nice pool and fitness center. Apartment is part of a fairly large complex so there will be some details on check-in to find the exact location, but communication and directions were good so it didn't take long to find the exact apartment and parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again!
