Vacation rentals with beach access in Gijón

Javier has been an excellent host, very friendly and always attentive to any need we need. The house was very collected, clean and very well equipped, perfect to go as a couple or as a family. The location of the apartment is excellent as it is located in the center of Gijón. Quiet neighborhood and no problem with neighbors. We will not hesitate to return.

We had a great stay at Pedro’s apartment. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and was a very responsive host. The apartment has beautiful views and was within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

It's a wonderful apartment in an old building in Gijón. It's perfect in terms of location, close to downtown and the beach. It is very comfortable, quiet. Communication has always been easy, fast and they have given us many facilities. It's a place to repeat :)

Great location in the old town, full of bars and places to eat, with nightlife especially during the in the end of the week and weekends (until 1 or 2 am). The location can be a bit noisy if you're looking for peace and quiet at night. I recommend it for exploring the city, enjoying its bars and restaurants, and the surrounding beaches. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The apartment has everything: exceptional lighting, new beds, wonderful bathrooms and no water leaks, great closets, 100% kitchenware. The best place I've ever stayed, I'd definitely come back!

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, it is new and very clean. It is a quiet area with a supermarket right in front and a parking area. 100% recommended. The distance to downtown is a 20-minute walk.

We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. Highly recommended.

Communication with Antolina was very simple. He was quick to respond to messages and questions at all times. We were able to check in early because the house was perfectly prepared. It's super easy to park on the street itself. It is next to a small port and a few meters walk from the town center and about 20 minutes walk (or 4 by car) from the beach. The hose is equipped with everything you'll need. Antolina was very kind during our stay. We'll be back for sure.

Sergio has been throughout the trip very attentive and helping us in everything. The house is just like the published photographs and is located in a dream site, in the middle of nature and close to Playa de Rodiles. If what you are looking for is disconnection, this is the perfect place.

Benjamin anticipated each step to take, making the entrance to the house clear and without a doubt, how everything worked and even indicating places to visit, restaurants, routes, ... We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.

The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any meals in the house, but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to Nieves' details! Communication was great. And the best part of the house is that terrace overlooking the estuary!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc. Very well located. Highly recommended house!!
