The swimming pool is reserved for the sole tenant and for us when it is not in use.

The ground floor offers a bright living room with open equipped kitchen, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two master bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, as well as a separate toilet. Free parking. Quiet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and at the same time close to Marseille airport (10 km), Aix TGV station (16 km), the coves of Niolon (10 km) and the beaches of Carry-le-Rouet (7 km), this spacious and functional 2-bedroom apartment will charm you. Less than 10 km from Airbus and the Total Énergie refinery. Bedding and towels provided. It consists of a bedroom with a 180 × 200 bed and a second room with a 140 x 190 bed. Vehicle recommended. No smoking inside the accommodation.

This family accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities beaches, coves, hikes, Marseille, Aix… quiet neighborhood in a fairly isolated but well served area, car necessary although there is the bus stop just down the street. The air conditioning is installed 😁 Accommodation for 7 people but with at least one child for the mezzanine bed Night parties are of course forbidden 🤷🏼‍♂️ I hope you have a pleasant stay and I would love to host you 😁 See you soon
