Loved the place, great area!

Overall, we enjoyed it very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can relax perfectly. It takes some time for the hot tub to be really hot, but it's worth the wait. 😊 Nothing was missing in the apartment. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was pretty saggy. Of course, it is still convenient for a weekend. Really recommend!!!

Rarely seen such a beautiful place to stay! The house is so cozy, lovingly and tastefully decorated. You feel right at home! And the garden is just a dream. Right next to the forest, so you can hear the birds in the morning and evening. I'm sure we'll be back!

A beautiful cozy little house in the middle of the forest, you are surrounded by nature and trees. Absolute peace and privacy, no possibility of looking into the property from the outside. We were a little too early, but we got to know Johan personally, a very polite and hospitable person. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Norg in 22 minutes. There are a variety of restaurants with outdoor areas, cafes and shops such as drugstore and supermarket. Also sights like old windmills. Absolute recommendation!!! Thank you Johan!

We had a nice time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, a message whether we knew that a number of sleeping places with a somewhat steeper staircase are accessible. Very thoughtful but was also clear from the description and photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes dry, very nice. Being able to charge the car, also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got some discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather was not so good. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the tranquility and space that is there.

We spent an extended family weekend with 7 women from 3 generations (12-62) at Eva's in Emden. The house was perfect for it. During the day, smaller activities in the area, shopping facilities within walking distance, in the evening cooking together and cozy game evenings in a beautiful ambience. We felt completely comfortable and were all a little in love with the house. The contact was friendly, straightforward and we always got a quick response. Even the neighbors greeted us kindly and asked if we liked it. We would come back anytime. Thank you again for everything.

The house is amazing, equipped, kitchen, rooms, all the facilities are high-end. Very suitable for family. The area is quiet and green, birds chirping, a real treat for nature lovers. The hosts are available for any question, help, and recommendation at an exceptional level.

Location is fairly central with a few fun bars/restaurants nearby. Very spacious and comfortable. Edwin added a nice personal touch by providing food and drinks . We even found a good parking spot ! For a family, this is a super place, be prepared though to get up (and down) a very steep staircase, not unusual for a Dutch building, but still….. Thank you Edwin, for a most enjoyable stay.

Dear Hosts, We were warmly welcomed. Everything was sufficiently explained/ shown to us and the herb garden at the house was also at our disposal. We were also immediately helped with the bike search, Auke took care of everything and took us to the bike rental by car. The homemade apple juice (very tasty) and the fresh eggs were a lovely gesture. We felt very comfortable with the two of them!

A beautiful, modern accommodation that is beautifully furnished and had everything and more to offer than we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The highlight here is the breakfast, which is prepared with so much love. The organization and communication was just great, so we felt comfortable with our hostess Jitske right away. Thank you very much for everything and certainly see you next time!

My wife and I booked this accommodation because we had a Motorrij Experience at TT-Assen. We were pleasantly surprised with this cool house, highly recommended in the summer at tropical temperatures in NL. The space is artistically decorated and also soothing. The living room has a spacious sitting area, a nice kitchen block, a sofa set. The bathroom is spacious with glass wall, partition between shower and toilet. The bedroom is nice and spacious and has a good bed. We woke up rested to go to the motorcycle experience. When we came back in the afternoon, we sat in the garden for another hour. The garden is pure nature with lots of greenery and flowers. For us, it was a great weekend. Regards, Guido and Oesha

Really a gem. Cozy and colorful accommodation in an authentic farmhouse a quiet & rural area. Decorated with great taste and creativity. Looks much more spacious than in the photos. 3 floors, upper 2 accessible via stairs. Beautiful enclosed garden. Good base for cycling tours in the area. In the nearby area, there is plenty of entertainment for everyone: megalithic tombs, the colonies of benevolence, museums, swimming pool, tea garden, nature shop... Very friendly host & hostess. Personal welcome with welcome drink. We had a very nice time.

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

We felt super comfortable in Hil's apartment. It is located in a quiet, beautiful side street, 10 minutes' walk from the city center. The apartment is lovingly decorated, the kitchen super functional, the beds comfortable. The garden is the cherry on top! The communication with Hil went perfectly! She was accessible and straightforward at all times. Thank you!! Looking forward to the next stay :-D

A very nice little cottage, sparkling clean, cozy furnishings. The location was very quiet and you could do a lot. Even with a small problem, the hosts were immediately on the spot and helped. We had a very nice stay and can only recommend this place. Thanks again to Jeanette and Klaas.

The place was/is very lovingly decorated. The surrounding area as well! It is a very functional place to stay and my personal taste is small and cozy. Yfke was present and accommodating when needed. She just has a knack for creating a nice and friendly atmosphere. All in all, recommended if you want to treat yourself.

My sister, my dad and I had a very nice time at Petra's apartment. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the beds very cozy. The garden can also be used and we ate a piece of cake there :) Highly recommended. Petra recommended a bike rental to us!

Had a great stay! Great location within walking distance of central Groningen. Very clean and cosy. Loved the little patio. We hope we can come back soon.

Tineke is a generous and careful host! Everything here is of exellent quality and in a good condition. You can live here for a year without having to buy extra things😆

Stayed here for the third time. Nice and private and within walking distance of a festival we went to. A nice place to retreat to. The accommodation is very complete and hopefully we will come again next year.

A lovely little apartment in the centre of the city.

We had a great long weekend in Emden. The accommodation is very nice, spacious, great details and especially the kitchen is excellently equipped - with everything you could need (coffee, East Frisian tea and other teas, spices, plastic wrap, etc.) and also plenty of dishes and equipment! Great! Thank you very much for the time!
