The flat is situated on the first floor of an apartment building and covers approximately 50 m2. It has a large living/dining room (including TV), one bedroom, a bathroom and a small separate hall area. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed also available (a cot can also be provided on request). Private apartment near Giesinger Bahnhof, Munich

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

We're offering a nice one-room apartment with a kitchen unit and a separate bathroom. It is very quiet, yet situated in a bustling inner-city environment, and well connected to public transportation. During the time of the Oktoberfest and the Springfest (Frühlingsfest) we are renting out to parents traveling with their underage children exclusively.
