The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Small, newly renovated apartment in a simple environment in Munich City Ost (Untere Au), which I use during the week for project work in Munich myself and otherwise like to rent out. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz is 100 m away with direct connections to the city center (Sendlinger Tor = 2 stations, trade fair = 9 stations). Shops such as REWE, Edeka, Rossmann and pharmacy are within walking distance. Highly recommended Italian restaurant and other gastronomy as well. Enjoy your stay! :-)

Cosy room in 2-room-flat. You will have a quiet space with a comfy double bed & shared bathroom and kitchen. Please respect my neighbours & me and don't slam the doors. It is a quiet house. The public transport connection is very convenient: 2 min to S-Bahn (St-Martin-Str.), 100m to the tram, 10 min to a subway (Untersbergstr.) 26 min with public transport to Octoberfest (S bahn to Ostbahnhof and then U5 to Theresienwiese)

The small but very spacious apartment on the 4th floor with elevator offers everything needed for a longer stay. It is centrally located. The U-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk, bus right in front of the house, S-Bahn station can be reached in 5 minutes.
