Easily accessible from the airport (35 min S-Bahn line 8) Close to downtown/opera, etc. (5 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] + S-Bahn [suburban train]/10 minutes on foot) Close to the fairgrounds (10 minutes by U-Bahn) On the way to the mountains - e.g. Chiemgau/Chiemsee (35 minutes by train) or Salzburg (1 hour by train) - our spacious apartment is centrally located opposite the Ostbahnhof in a very quiet courtyard, close to Munich city center, in a pleasant neighborhood. Close to stores, cafes, restaurants and beer gardens.

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

It has a large living/dining room (including TV), one bedroom, a bathroom and a small separate hall area. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a single bed and a pull-out sofa bed also available (a cot can also be provided on request). Es wurden ausschliesslich hochwertige Materialien eingesetzt.

The small but very spacious apartment on the 4th floor with elevator offers everything needed for a longer stay. It is centrally located. The U-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk, bus right in front of the house, S-Bahn station can be reached in 5 minutes. The windows face the quiet courtyard and from the balcony you can enjoy the sunset and the view of the city center towards the Olympic Tower

In the middle of the city and yet so green. On the sixth floor, this pretty nest is right next to Wilrampark. The Karl-Preis-Platz subway stop is right around the corner. Kitchen and bathroom are very bright and spacious for a 1.5-room apartment. Through the gallery as a cozy sleeping area, the living room offers space for social coziness.
