Our village is quietly and conveniently located (in 20 minutes) between Hildesheim and Hanover - directly on the Bundesstraße 6 and close to the highway 7. Public parking in front of the property. From the neighboring town of Sarstedt, the train runs to Hanover in 12 minutes. Supermarkets nearby. If desired, there is connection to our nice family. Bicycle rentable.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The more than 200-year-old half-timbered house is located in the Altwarmbüchen district of the municipality of Isernhagen. Altwarmbüchen is conveniently located and has connections to the A2, A7 and A37. The Stadtbahn line 3 runs to the Altwarmbüchen terminus. This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

In our very quiet, renovated designer apartment (16sqm) with a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and separate access, kitchenette (NO stove or microwave available , sink in the bathroom), Smart TV, Telekom Entertain with replay function, Internet / WLAN 50GB (separate Ethernet connection available) and view into a park-like garden you live in the heart of Hildesheim. Smoking is strictly prohibited!

Welcome! Our house is located in the Moritzberg district, just 2.5 km from the pretty city center. In just 100 m there is a supermarket, hairdresser, dentist, pharmacy and bakery. The apartment has a large cozy single room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and is located on the first floor (only 3 steps). Bicycles can be safely stored.
