Ideal for families as well as for several trade fair visitors of a company or fitters who want to share an apartment. You will spend your vacation in our apartment on the 7th floor (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the climatic spa of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with a large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linen. On the balcony you sit between herbs (for self-harvesting) & flowers on teak furniture.

Attic apartment with 45 m², 20 minutes by car to the trade fair.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden, there is a seating area by the garden pond including barbecue. Electric car charging station 50 m away. Supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop 2 minutes. Distance Hildesheim 10 minutes by car.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Red apartment on the estate

This is our 2-room apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living-dining-bedroom-kitchen with a sofa bed and an armchair bed, plus a pretty, modern bathroom. VERY IMPORTANT: Many, many animals live on our farm! Here the roosters crow in the morning, the ducks quack and the pigs argue a little louder at breakfast... Please ONLY book if you accept this.

In the middle of Hildesheim (Designer apartment)

In our very quiet, renovated designer apartment (16sqm) with a private bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) and separate access, kitchenette (NO stove or microwave available , sink in the bathroom), Smart TV, Telekom Entertain with replay function, Internet / WLAN 50GB (separate Ethernet connection available) and view into a park-like garden you live in the heart of Hildesheim. Smoking is strictly prohibited!

As well as a separate toilet-shower room. Linens and towels are included.

The train station, which can be reached in 5 minutes by 5 minutes, offers several connections every hour: - Hanover (12 min) - Messe/Laatzen (6 min) - Hanover Airport (37 min.) - Hildesheim Hbf (12 min.). The tram station in the direction of Hanover/Langenhagen is only a 10-minute walk.
