Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. The room is in a 1980s villa located in a quiet and green residential area of Meylan. The private balcony of the bedroom overlooks the park of a beautiful mansion which ensures it's quiet and unobstructed view. The room is about 12 m2, it has a king size bed. The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the innovative area. A bus stop is 50 meters from the house and serves this entire part of Meylan in minutes.

130 m2 house. (It's my primary residence, so it has personal belongings...) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright home, very nice view . I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for everyone's sake! following VERY unpleasant surprises (weddings in particular) do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum!
