Die Wohnung befindet sich im OG, das über ein breite Treppe zu erreichen ist. Von der Wohnung aus gibt es einen schönen Blick auf einen Park. In der Wohnung sind zwei 140er Doppelbetten, wobei eines davon ein Hochbett ist. Von daher können z.B. unten zwei Erwachsene schlafen und oben 2 Kinder von 2 bis 12 Jahren. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres im Frühjahr 2020 fertiggestellten Ferienhauses. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Bad Harzburg/ Ortsteil Westerode umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen mit Blick auf die wunderschönen Harzberge. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, so dass man schnell mit dem Auto oder Bus- und Zugverkehr von Bad Harzburg die nahegelegenen Städte wie Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg oder Braunschweig erreichen kann. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden.

Die Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail ist eine ehemalige separate Heuscheune im Harzer Vorland. Im Dorf gibt es eine Pizzeria und ein Hofcafé mit Frühstück und frischen Brötchen. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und eine Tankstelle sind mit dem Auto und über einen Radweg (2km) in Liebenburg erreichbar. Auch die Unesco-Welterbe-Stadt Goslar mit anderen Attraktivitäten ist innerhalb von 15 min mit dem Auto sehr nah. Die weitere Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Wandern und Erkunden.

Our holiday bungalow has a terrace and shared use of the garden and garden facilities including a BBQ area, swings, slides, a trampoline and a sandpit for children. Chickens and rabbits run freely in a fenced-off area and horses can be seen next door. The bungalow is approximately 70m² and consists of a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a lounge/diner and a small kitchen. There is on-site private parking for several cars and the grounds are protected by CCTV.
