It overlooks paddocks with sheep, cows emu's and chooks roaming freely. All of our animals are friendly and most have been hand raised. Our accommodation is the only one like it and guarantee everyone in the whole family will love it!

The Cosy Corner

The little Studio ( Granny Flat ) is located at the back of our property right in town within walking distance to city center and to the Foreshore. The small Studio has a queen size bed, kitchenette for basic cooking and its own en suite. It has a separate entrance from main house, but shares the backyard. We are still in the construction phase of the shed / backyard veranda , so please excuse the little mess in the backyard atm.

Very beautiful, clean and thoughtfully designed house. Awesome location with shops and a supermarket nearby. Matt has been responsive and very helpful when we experienced problems with the dishwasher, kettle and tv, and took the effort to drop by the house to fix the appliances. If you’re here in Esperance, this is definitely a house that’s worth staying!

This place is ideal for a getaway in Esperance! We were literally a stone’s throw away from town, and even more amazingly - the Great Ocean Drive! There are options for a lovely walk as well, such as to the Rotary lookout and West beach. Facilities wise, everything was adequate as well; comfortable bed, hot shower, and a kitchen that had all you need!

A bright sleeping area features a spacious bed dressed in white linens, complemented by a cozy armchair with a decorative pillow. Light-filtering curtains frame a large window, showcasing captivating ocean views beyond. A textured area rug is placed on the floor, enhancing the room's welcoming ambiance.
