We absolutely loved the apartment. It has everything you need and still feels spacious. we have enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for our meals, the street below has some activity but is generally quiet. Excellent air conditioning and all other electrics were of excellent quality and plenty of supplies was provided by the host. The apartment has a peaceful and modern feel and we didn't want to leave!

This place is a “you have to see it to believe it” location. Never have I ever felt more at home in the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen. The villa has such an incredible blend of rustic with modern amenities. I hope I am lucky to return back to this place one day.

The best, such a high standard of accommodation every little detail was considered and just lovely touches everywhere. We met Fani’s parents on check delightful people. As others say best sleep in a wonderful bed , very quiet yet so central to everything and a must if staying in lovely Syros. Lovey treats also provided Thank you Fani.

this was after a lot of research definitely a good choice of place to stay. we loved the view's, the peaceful surrounding, the space to relax inside and outside.Lefteris and his lovely wife are genuine people with a passion about the planet. which was amazing. the place was immaculate and we thought even better than the photos. It was so good my wife had a wee cry of happiness. You will need some form of transport to enjoy syros to the maximum. we only had 3 nights here but should have stayed longer.we think that we need to return to syros and would not go anywhere else to stay but here. It is so homely and welcoming.

Séjour très agréable. Appartement très chaleureux et très propre avec une magnifique vue sans aucune voiture. Prévoir 5 minutes de marches avec escaliers du parking au logement. Katerina a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher au port et nous a donné des conseils pour notre séjour.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Rochari House was simply magical. Literally right by the sea, just 6–7 meters from the door to the water, waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying your coffee on the private terrace on the rock, with a view of the sea and the blue sky, is an unforgettable experience. The house itself was beautiful, thoughtfully designed and incredibly clean, it truly sparkled! From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The host was perfect, kind, polite, and welcoming. Rochari House is the ideal place for a holiday, combining total relaxation with the natural beauty of the surroundings. It was truly the best choice we could have made for our stay, and we will definitely be coming back.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στην Κύθνο. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και αν ξαναεπισκεφθούμε το νησί σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε. Ευρύχωρο, όμορφο και τακτοποιημένο το διαμέρισμα, με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και απίθανη θέα στη θάλασσα. Σχετικά απομωνομένη τοποθεσία για όσους θέλουν την ησυχία τους. Επικοινωνιακός οικοδεσπότης με διάθεση να δώσει tips και προτάσεις για το νησί. Τέλος, εξαιρετικό value for money!

First, before I arrived, they offered to drive me from Tinos (the town) where they live, to Panormos, about 30 mins drive, to show me the place. I thought this was very kind. I was to rent a car , so we met in Panormos with George, who apart from showing me all the details of the house, he was so informative on details about the area, beaches and restaurants. The area is so peaceful and very friendly. I soon got to know people. If you are looking for a peaceful place to relax and charge your batteries, this is it! I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Thank you Melissa and George for everything, including a well maintained and clean place!
