If you’re going to Cartagena with a group of people this is a great place to stay! Very spacious, with good ac and private bathrooms for each bedroom. It is also a great location, walkable to many restraints and the city center in the walled city. Great place to stay.

Our stay at the Old City Villa was absolutely great. We had a smooth check in and they accommodated us being early We hired the maid service which was very useful. Maryem the property manager was super helpful as she would bring the groceries we requested and our breakfasts would be ready based on our plans. She also helped order food when we wanted to stay in. The location was perfect as everything was a walkable distance to all the nice restaurants/bars. Ricardo from the concierge service team was incredibly helpful and professional during our stay. He organized our airport transportations and our day trips to Rosario Island and Palenque and gave great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He was patient, easy to reach and payment was seamless. I would totally recommend him to anyone staying in the area!

Vale is the best host in the country. She has the best staff in the country. Everything is outstanding from the time you arrive until you leave. I only stay her and David's property. I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Like most of the other reviews for this property, the pictures don’t do it justice. This property is truly an oasis. The staff was waiting outside for us with a warm greeting with an ice cold beer and ice an cold hand towel (nice touch) This is the ideal place to stay! It is so close to everything you want to see in Cartagena. We went for breakfast and would come back to the pool! It was the perfect situation for me. We took advantage of some of the services. First day we had a traditional homemade breakfast. It was really good and on the next to last day of our stay we had our laundry done. The woman that was there was so sweet. Never got in our way, in fact we hardly saw her. I promise you, if you rent this AirBnB you will not be disappointed!! Worth every cent

Truly enjoyable stay! The location was perfect—close to everything with easy access to public transportation, shops, and great local spots. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What really made the experience special was the hospitality. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. And the highlight of the trip was Mailkelis—warm, professional, and an absolute gem. We arranged for her to cook breakfast for us each morning, and her food was incredible. She’s truly talented in the kitchen and made our mornings something to look forward to. Highly recommend this place, especially if you get the chance to meet and work with Mailkelis!

The best trip to Cartagena. I had an amazing stay at Mark’s property in Cartagena. From the moment I arrived, Briyi made everything feel warm and welcoming – her attention and hospitality truly stood out. The place was spotless, very well-maintained, and you can tell they care about keeping it clean and comfortable for guests. On top of that, the property itself is absolutely beautiful – it captures the charm of Cartagena perfectly. Thank you, Mark and Briyi, for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place with some things to improve. Third floor bathroom toilet didn't work properly, loose tiles all over the pool floor, leaky shower on the second floor. The location is great, but you have to be tolerant of noise because the beach tent owners hang out by the house for about 12 hours. You'll hear them from the early hours of the morning. They urinate by the gate that surrounds the side of property and that smell gets into the bathroom and the room that directly faces that side. We mentioned it to the maid but its not like she can do anything. She was very helpful and nice and did a good job keeping the house clean and tidy. we appreciated her presence greatly. The house itself is really nice and the location is perfect if you're interested in spending time at the beach and relax at the pool. It avoids the foot traffic and mess that you'd get in other areas of the city which is perfect.

Hercilla's listing was perfect ! I came to Cartagena to celebrate my bday and it was the perfect location & team. Señora Cruz was the best ! She kept the property spotless & would even surprise us by washing our clothes. She even cooked my birthday dinner that my friends are still talking about. Andrecito worked at night and made sure we were safe at all time. They stay in a small room in the back and out of the way from the rest of the house. Hercilia communicates within minutes of you messaging her and a big help if you need anyting. I'm for sure going to stay here the next time I'm here in Cartagena. I also am a Spanish translator so I'll be recommending all my clients to stay here as well.

Magnificent place in the heart of the city, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Pool was clean, and bedrooms were equipped. The breakfast by Rocio was very good. Moises was helpful and addresses all our needs. Would definitely come back.

Traveled with a group of 6 and the place was amazing. Lena and Fredy created an environment that made us feel comfortable and right at home. Andres was also helpful through the night of our stay at the compound. I would highly recommend the compound is a great stay for large groups. Only issue my group had to deal with was the cold showers and every time it rain it would leak in multiple places in the home. We were Unaware that the washer and dryer did not work properly until briefly prior to checkout, causing a frustrating stall in our exit.

Lucas and his cleaning team and security was top notch! We enjoyed the house as well as felt safe! I would most certainly stay at his place again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Amazing Host , the staff working the property was the best. One ladies does stay at the property 24/7 whose one of the two house keepers , they were great and made our trip feel so welcomed. The city is beautiful and safe to walk around 24 hours a day , lots to do here. We have plans on returning and reaching out to the same host to stay at the same property. 10/10 Thank you for the awesome Cartagena experience

A truly heavenly place. From start to finish, it was a very nice place that I could say is nicer than in the photos. It has everything you need to escape from reality for a few days, and enjoy La Paz and the tranquility of that coastal place, which makes you feel like you're in another place. The pool area was one of the best areas of the place, as you can share it with family or friends, and a few meters away you can see the waves of the sea. I would definitely recommend it and I would go again. David was one of the best hosts I've ever had. Friendly, attentive and always available for any questions or help we needed.

Natalia was the best! She was friendly helpful and even helped us plan our trip to San Andreas Island. My next trip to Cartagena I will be staying with Natalia again.

10 out 10 Recommend stay here! The prefect location and space for a large group. My 7 guest and I stayed here with no issues. Bercelio responds very quickly and gives very clear instructions. This home is also guest friendly. The pool was perfect to kick back in. The dinning and living room was one of my guest favorite locations of the home where we all can sit and talk about the good times! Alicia took really good care of during our stay. Offering any meals of the day having it hot and ready. And overall the food was so good! Kept our room clean and very attentive! She made the space feel like home. Carlos kept an eye out for me and my guest. He knew the ins and outs of the city and arranged transportation and recommended a night club that plays hip hop music. He made sure we were good during the entire stay. Again, 10/10 stay here!! Will be back!

Great location as the walk to many restaurants and shops throughout the day. Luis the security guard was very helpful and the housekeeper was amazing. She texted me everyday asking when to come clean after each day. Vale was very responsive and assisted whenever we had a question or concern. A+ and would recommend
