Monthly Rentals in Gerton

The cabin was lovely and we had a great time there . Communication with owners was easy and prompt. The cabin is hidden in the mountains , but easy to find and with good access . We felt safe . The cabin is 100 years old but beautifully renewed , without taking the feeling that you are in a traditional mountain cabin . We also enjoyed the nearby community and the kind people living in the area . We loved the stay and we plan to return .

We absolutely loved our stay in the main cabin! It was just like the photos (if not better). The check-in/check-out process and info packet was very clear and helped ensure we had no issues getting in or using any of the amenities in the home. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace, and all of the charming decor around the home. We had everything we needed and are hoping to stay again!

First I will say, we are picky and this spot was PERFECT!!! We loved everything about Jane’s place!! Jane and her sweet husband were very helpful and accommodating and so friendly! I highly recommend their little getaway and we will definitely be back!

My husband and I came here for our wedding anniversary and had the perfect time there. It was very peaceful and quiet. The place was easy to find, very clean, and great quality kitchenware. We recognized a lot of IKEA items. We really enjoyed grilling steaks that we got at a local butcher right down the ride, recommended by the host. We also really enjoyed the very clean jacuzzi. This place was just 25 minutes from downtown Asheville, and about an hour and a half from The Pretty Place Chapel, where we got married. There are hikes only a few minutes away where we got to see wild roaming cows at a top of a mountain. We also took a drive to go see Dry Falls waterfalls and it was the most beautiful waterfall we have ever seen. All in all , it was a perfect getaway. Definitely recommend this place.
